The shoot is due before the sign goes in the yard, so the package gets picked by whatever is in the account that week. The home gets photos, the reel gets skipped, and the listing goes to market looking like the one next door.

- The loan is between you and Titus. Term is six months.
- Your balance is due when the listing closes, is cancelled or withdrawn, or at six months, whichever comes first.
- Stillwater adds a 3.99% fee when you choose pay at close. There is no other fee from us.
- We cover that fee when you book the Signature Experience.
- Rates are likely 0%, and Titus confirms your rate when you submit for pay at close.
- Titus will tell you at application what their approval involves.
- Titus limits the loan to 1.5% of list price, up to $20,000. Every Stillwater package is under that on any listing above $100K.
